Outside: cylindrical, marked embossed braid pattern band, olive green rind.

Inside: ivory white colour, irregular size mechanical openings homogeneously distributed, shiny surface. Light inner rind.

Intense lactic aroma with a long finish.

Firm texture, soluble and creamy on the palate.

Soft when put in the mouth with an increasing organoleptic intensity when warmed in the mouth and a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste.
