Outside: cylindrical, natural smooth straw yellow rind.

Inside: bright white with small irregular size mechanical openings homogeneously distributed and no inner rind.

Fresh citrus aromas with a hint of caprine.

Soft and moistured texture, friable, soluble, creamy and buttery on the palate.

Slightly sour, sugary and a bit salty taste. Strong lactic presence with notes of nuts. Balanced and intense, with a wide soft and flavourful aftertaste, slightly spicy.
